Computer-assisted development
RONAL wheels have to meet the most stringent requirements. State-of-the-art
computers used for design and simulation enable RONAL engineers to
achieve this aim within a very short time. Special methods, such as
FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis), FEA (Finite Element Analysis)
and casting simulations avoid the time-consuming and costly rectifications
of flaws at a later stage of development.

Tool making
Within its international group of companies, RONAL designs and manufactures
not only its own wheels but also its own production tools, ensuring
short development times plus maximum quality and know-how in this area.

Tough testing standards
Prototypes are subjected to thorough testing in the laboratory, using
the latest testing facilities. Only when all the tests have been successfully
completed are wheels approved for production.
